Crazy things is Joe Brady and Ronald Curry have their connection from coaching with the saints under Sean Payton and he was bought in/ hired to the bills once the bills promoted Joe Brady to offensive coordinator officially but once Joe Brady was promoted to head coach instead of promoting Ronald Curry to offensive coordinator Brady hired Pete Carmichael instead. It's kind of obvious this league doesn't recognize minorities as geniuses or smart enough as play callers unless you calling plays on defense to a degree.
Bryan Leftwich was the buccaneers offensive coordinator when they won the super bowl and he hasn't gotten a second chance yet to be the offensive coordinator. He hasn't coached in the NFL since Tom Brady retired.
