Coaching Carousel 2026

Orr is now the ILB coach for Seattle

10 from the 2025 Ravens staff. 3 from previous years' staff. 10 new staff entirely. And that doesn't even include taking a strength coach and all of the other FO roles. Wild.

some of the photographs on some of these guys say it all.

I can’t read the article but apparently Jesse convinced Harbs to hire Dennard?? I wonder why… sounds like Harbs wanted to hire Rex Ryan lmao. That staff would have looked hilarious with Rex at DC. Dennard was his best hire imo

Coming off a AFC Championship Game, he was just not the right person for the job at the time. I'm sure he'll do better once he gets another opportunity a couple years from now, but it does feel the timeline has corrected itself with Anthony Weaver as our DC this year.

Orr reminds me a bit of McDermott. Got thrown to the wolves too early in his career but panned out in the long run.

We laughed at Nagy OC but, in the aggregate, Nagy/Roman/Callahan is nothing to sneeze at.

BTW, on a side note, when was the last time the Andy Reid coaching tree was a hot hire? And he's recycling old trash instead of injecting new blood. That might be the truest indicator that KC is on the downward and it's not just a blip.

“Thinks he can be the best OC ever” this mf giving Matt Nagy the Lamar treatment to the media

Andy Reid himself is the tree. When you see some of his play designs you can understand why his “tree” has been unsuccessful. It’s not like a concept or a system that makes him great, it’s specific plays you see sprinkled into games to keep a drive going in the most important moments, shit that’s totally unorthodox, and you ask yourself how tf did you come up with that? He just comes up with things sometimes that are innate to him and you can’t learn it by coaching under him.
