Coaching Carousel 2026

Well I’d assume he’s bringing his OL guy and Dennison with him. And I read Schwartz was the main target for DC. I would assume he would take some of his guys in Cleveland. They will definitely have less guys to choose from but I think Oakland is finally willing to give a coaching staff some time so he may be able to make changes after year 1.
Totally forgot about Schwartz. He makes a lot of sense for them

unless they had been doing things behind the scenes it absolutely makes things more difficult for coaches that come form the SB teams.
I'm sure the Raiders had his staff as condition to his hire... also, he has been given a lot of advance notice that he would get this job too. I'm sure Gary and the rest of his gang were making calls building his team of assistants.

With every passing interview that Harbs does, he comes off as more and more ignorant and stubborn and lacking in self awareness

A toxic mix of personality traits
I can't wait to hear two things. How the NY media deals with how he deals with injuries and how Minter deals with them.

I've never seen a media onslaught by a coach like this. If anything, it reveals a lack of self-confidence and security which evidently never was at a high level if the sacking can completely shot it down.

He made Macdonald and Minter. Those are his guys. He developed them. The Seahawks and Macdonald didn’t win the Super Bowl—he did vicariously through them

10 from the 2025 Ravens staff. 3 from previous years' staff. 10 new staff entirely. And that doesn't even include taking a strength coach and all of the other FO roles. Wild.

True - you can clearly see his fingerprints all over Mike's play calling and the general demeanor on the sideline. It will be similar with Minter.
We are so blessed.
