You know what's the most appealing about s guy like Landry to me? He plays with a comfort level that we have only seen from guys like sss and mason and boldin. It goes unmentioned, guys like Perriman, Wallace, Torrey, maclin, jacoby, Moore, etc. all look very tentative and unsure of anything they're doing, like they have to make a conscious effort to do the right thing, while for a guy like Landry, executing at the wr position is second nature to him, there's no thinking in his game, just doing, and it's very evident. He's got that innate feel for the wr position. It's not quantifiable but it's very noticeable on tape. The confidence he has in himself to go snag the ball when he knows he's gonna take a nice shot, like he doesn give a shit he just wants that ball, the way he turns upfield after the catch, like he just plays like he owns the goddamn place. It's such an under-discussed part of a WRs game, but perhaps one of the most important.
