WR/RB Thread

I would rather have Robinson coming off of an injury over Demaryius Thomas every day. He has looked slow and hasn't been that great of a wide receiver since those couple great years with Peyton Manning in that high-octane offense. Robinson has looked great in a mediocre offense. Had a down year last year but the entire team basically tanked last season lol

Or neither one of them. Decker hasn’t done anything this year either. The Ravens were desperate as they didn’t have the $ to go after the A grade FA WRs and had to go dumpster diving. Hopefully they use the Maclin/Wallace money wisely this off season and are able to find a real #1.
Decker and Maclin have both proven to be good recievers in the NFL. Decker is on the Titans I don’t really blame him for not lighting it up. He’s not supposed to be a #1 at this point anyway. Maclin has had 1, yes 1 bad year that he dealt with injuries. Everyone makes it out to be like he’s always been made of glass. This year makes it the last two, but before that he was very reliable. The FO had no idea he would be often injured and also not care at all anymore. I don’t blame them for signing him.

Not blaming the FO. They did what they could do when they could do it. At least they tried. The blame lies solely on Maclin.

I have a friend in KC who said there were similar issues(not just injuries) there, that's why they let him go.

We need at least two of these next offseason.

Moore looks like he could be a #3 WR/deep threat though. But seriously, as bad as Maclin was last game he has another year on that contract of his. We'll likely keep him. Go get us an Allen Robinson in FA and then a Courtland Sutton type. We...need...firepower. And all three of them would compliment each other well as well.

RB? We are fine. A three headed rushing attack of Collins-Dixon-Woodhead is a scary proposition. Maybe take a scat back round five to inevitably compensate Woodhead for injury.
We're not keeping Maclin and adding FA + draft WRs

He only had 1 year in KC that he dealt with extensive injuries and still played 12/16 games. At that time, last season was an anomaly (in terms of injuries), but it turns it’s just Maclins body wearing down/him not really giving 100% anymore.

KC cut him for his cap space as well as them having enough emerging weapons so they didn’t need him anymore.

Guy said he would disappear in games. Sound familiar?

At the time it was a good signing, but I think this is one that we’re going to really regret. I hate to say it but he’s been a massive disappointment and I don’t think I want to see him return. I just don’t think he’s dependable.

I don't want him back either, wasn't he missing on Thursday/Friday from practice? I feel like he's checked out from football. We can release him and save on cap space.
