The King and Snoop, the Defense, and the Merry Christmas Ya'll

Huntley has no say so at all and since he is the backup and monken gets to call the game he wants to actually call. He isnt trying to make a big play, he runs when the read is not there or when he sees an open lane for a few yards. I could be wrong but huntley seems like he reads the field from bottom to top so monken keeps it very simple for him

Agreed. As you've mentioned, Huntley is significantly faster at getting rid of the ball, partially because he lacks the touch on the deep ball. Statistically, he is one of the worst downfield passers in the league over his career. In fact, over the past 5 years on throws traveling over 20 yards, he's 12 for 52 for 373 yards, 1 TD and 5 INTs. He and Lamar are completely different players, and they are not suited for the same offensive play-calling. That said, he's become a terrific game-manager, and like you've said, somebody who's capable of avoiding mistakes and converting on big 3rd downs. So glad that we've moved on from Cooper Rush in favor of him.

This season feels weird without Mahomes being in the playoffs. I love it but no Mahomes or Burrow when were used to it has a different feel.

Shedeur said he didn't want to be drafted by us because he wanted a chance to play his rookie season. Now our hopes of week 18 hedge on Shedeur, the now starter for Cleveland beating Pittsburgh lol.

As for the game, I was at my aunt's birthday party so I was watching this game on my phone unapologetically rooting for a loss. I don't even like talking shit to my friends before and during the game because it has always been bad juju for me. I was CONSTANTLY doing it to guarantee a loss and these fuckers had to go off offensively.

Amazing, amazing game for Henry. Way to bounce back from the fumble. This game is the very reason why Harbaugh should be fired. I'm not expecting 36 carries per game for Henry, but Jesus Christ, ROLL WITH THE HOT HAND! Fuck these scheduled rotations. This is the 2nd time this season where there were spots were Huntley made up his mind to take off. Man did that help pick up first down after first down.

As for the defense, they made me proud with how much they tried to sell. One of Wiggins's worst games in awhile. Leave it to Marvin to get caught lacking on Malik's first TD run. Pass rush did their thang. Sucks that Malik went out with that injury because they had a nice little drive going on again.

You got me fucked up hoping for the Browns to win. Browns will do Browns things. Either the Steelers get off to a decent start and never lose the lead OR the Browns lead almost the entire game only to fuck it up in a Browns way. Fuck this torture chamber.

what a game for Pat after a rewatch. Kolar blocked his ass off. linderbaum made a lot of money today. the line was kickass and beat up on a defense that rarely gets dominated. I know we want change at guards and more next year but it was cool to see these guys dominate tonight - they deserve it and I hope they get payed next year - specifically likely.

It's almost mind numbing hearing all the names Henry passed. My grandma (who doesn't watch football) was asking why the Titans got rid of KING and "how can management get payed to do something like that". This game and stat line will be showed on his Hall of fame tribute video.

I flew cross country to watch the last Huntley vs GB game and I kid you not Sam Koch was throwing better deep passes in warmups

My Packers have no chance in the playoffs. I think we should forfeit our spot to someone else. I can’t imagine what the Rams or Seahawks would do to us.

It is a damn shame that we literally threw 3-4 games away this season on turnovers and bad coaching. We should be able to control our own destiny but here we are having to depend on a 3 win Browns team to help us have a shot. Unfortunately, I think we are going to be disappointed today in this year of heartache. The bad part is that win yesterday probably allows Harbaugh to keep his job when the Steelers win today and rest all there starters in a meaningless game next week.

Not that it helps, but it was the injuries for you guys. Losing all those starters was heartbreaking for you guys. We won’t get in because of horrible coaching and unfortunately no changes will be made.

Has there been a game all season where the offense and defense have both played well? Seems like only one unit is allowed to be functional per week

It's a shame because no one in the AFC is remotely scary but sadly, that would include us if the miracle happened and we made it.
