It might be telling how former raven Deshon Elliott called the dolphins soft after experiencing playing for McDaniel and Vic Fangio jumped ship just to be apart of the eagles coaching staff after one year coaching with the dolphins. Jalen Ramsey also for some reason didn't no longer want to be apart of the team which led to him being traded to the steelers.

vic fangio jumped ship because he was meant to be an eagle the season before but he and the eagles were going to get done for tampering basically so he almost had to take a year away

Imma just blame Harbs for our lack of Trench studs… I choose to believe

i mean tbf this is what has been one of the most successful tenets of the ravens organisation
no room for agreeing to disagree at the top - you scrimmage it out until one of you convinces the other or you find some common ground - no one gets to hold a decision over someone else

idk - all the things ive seen of mcdaniel seem entirely genuine
hence why some people have called him corny - because he's being genuine instead of pretending to be something he's not

It's important to hear what McDaniel is saying, not how.

If the players do that, unlike most of the public, there is no reason why he couldn't lead "grown man", regardless of him being unconventional as an NFL coach.

Give me a genius on one side of the ball instead of motivator/rah rah prick who's useless when it gets dicey on the field.

I already know but wishful thinking.. i even said it when he first left though… knew we were gonna take a big hit. I kinda figured john didnt have long left. Shit just suck seeing macdonald do what we all knew he would do.its why part of me wants minter but then other half wants klint so he could help lamar grow. Front office got one tough ass decision to make.. long as its an actual play caller, i think we will be fine, which im sure it has to be

I would've enjoyed 23/24 offseason more, had we fired him then and gave the job to MM. We'd be talking here after the SB and on the way to repeat.
