They would have to figure out the QB but outside of that, you got Bijon Robinson & Tyler Allgeier at RB. That gives Harbs a easy run first approach style of play we saw here. Our offenses favored the Tight Ends more, and they got Kyle Pitts and perhaps Likely joins him in free agency as the second TE. If he brings Monken with him, it's an easy transition.

I mean you can have both. Harbaugh is our football dad, he’s been my teams coach since I was only like 3 years into real fandom, it can be sad seeing this man who is genuinely a great guy go while understanding that if we wanna accomplish something it just might be necessary
 
Its still early but i think flores has 0 hc interviews so far i think…… edit, i dnt want flores unless its for dc lol

Similar to Harbaugh in the fact that Tomlin will become a hot name immediately, teams with a Head Coach that are interested in Harbaugh, a team with a current Head Coach may jump to get Mike Tomlin.

Thanks for the clarification. However, I do believe for head coach and GM searches, only one of those interviews must be conducted in person.

Yeah, as long as he's got that lawsuit against the NFL still going on(I think), he isn't getting another Head Coaching job anytime soon. It's not helping that an old video of Ryan Fitzpatrick talking about his time in Miami resurfaced is outright calling Flores a dictator.
 
If flores doesnt get any HC interviews, anyone think he would consider being a DC else where? That would be dam near perfect for us lol.
