Henry is sitting entire quarters...I have no idea what the hell they're thinking as far as player usage. We don't get the TEs involved. Mitchell didn't really get touches until injuries. Hop barely gets snaps.

Surely if Harbs is fired, the new HC would bring in his own staffThe one thing I'm happy about is the likelihood that any of our 3 coordinators are back next year is low. I have been no fan of Todd even from his first season. Guy's so pedestrian it's nuts. And Orr just isn't a good coordinator. Probably not the full on liability of the beginning part of last season but obviously a below average coordinator. Horton has pretty much never had a good STs unit outside Tucker individually being legit af.
Soooo many of Lamar's years wasted
2020, 2021, 2024, 2025 is four years of shit o-lines right there. We know that Lamar is a perpetual MVP QB when he is given time and yet we made the stupid decision after 2023 to get younger and cheaper because "we want continuity" instead of trying to put the five best players in front of Lamar. EDC owns this failure of a roster just as much as Harbs does and they both deserve the boot. This team does nothing well and it relies on Lamar being Lamar in order to win games, that is atleast partially EDC's fault. Holding onto a failure of a gm and letting them pick coach after coach is also how you end up being a bottom feeding organization, just ask the Giants.this is likely the worst offensive line Lamar has played with in his career but it's not true that EDC and Harb has wasted 4+ years of Lamar career but not bothering to put a good line in front of him. Has Lamer been playing around elite offense like for most of his career ? No but not many teams can say that either because of the quality of offensive lineman coming out of college and are playing in the NFL isn't really all that great . Ravens simply not going to fire both EDC and Harb after this season. I highly doubt EDC would be fired it doesn't make since to fired GM having season like this for the first time in GM career . Harbaugh is likely the only one I can think of that would be less safe from being fired but it's highly unlikely EDC is being fired . That just not a logical decision by the ravens owner to make that move . The ravens aren't the jets
I absolutely think there were mistakes made by not addressing the OL heading into the season...2020, 2021, 2024, 2025 is four years of shit o-lines right there. Idk if you have info from your guy, but from your own perspective, what’s the percentage of Harbs being fired at the end of this season as of this evening?I absolutely think there were mistakes made by not addressing the OL heading into the season...
But it could be so so so so so much worse than EDC. He's put together some top notch rosters the last few seasons. Just because they aren't playing up to it this season doesn't mean the talent isn't there. The OL is a problem but it's not the only thing losing us games.

True coaching is playing a bugh part in why we aren't winning games but EDC has neglected both the OL and the DL and that has caught with us this season.I absolutely think there were mistakes made by not addressing the OL heading into the season...

I've caveated before that my line is into EDC and the front office. With Harbaugh reporting to Bisciotti, it's hard to say anything definitively. But I can say this is the most chatter my guy has ever heard about it and it sounds like a possibility. It still seems like Harbaugh would get the "step away" treatment as opposed to being fired, but the result is the same.Idk if you have info from your guy, but from your own perspective, what’s the percentage of Harbs being fired at the end of this season as of this evening?

He won't have any say in that. That decision is with Bisciotti and Bisciotti alone.I wouldn't move on from EDC... unless he insists on keeping Harbaugh
Something better happen
Respectively I disagree. The o line has been shit all year, and frankly it's been shit for a few years now...hence Lamar gets hurt. Lamar has been stellar at time, but he has sacked as much too. The D sucks ass until halfway through the season...and sucked today. I saw so many missed tackles...I lost count.I absolutely think there were mistakes made by not addressing the OL heading into the season...

Burning it down means the window with Lamar closes. I don't think that's what you want.Respectively I disagree. Too many dropped passes in key moments that should have been caught. No home field advantage anymore. Coaching sucks and nothing changes.
So here we are...Ravens have no identity, years of a vaulted defense have long set sail. Inept head coach who frankly sucks. OC is asleep at the wheel 90% of the time.
Time to burn it down, because right now the Baltimore Ravens are a rudderless ship of shitty football.
Lamar sucks in the playoffs. I wish him well, but we need to move on.Burning it down means the window with Lamar closes. I don't think that's what you want.

It doesn't help losing at home the way we have this year too. Got trounced by Houston earlier, losing to a divisional rival in primetime on Thanksgiving Night, with your own fans leaving the stadium early. Now back to back losses to division rivals at home, where the week before all the talk was how Mike Tomlin could be fired. Then you allow Tomlin to come in and win? You let Rodgers and the offense put up their best numbers in like two months? ON YOUR HOME TURF. He can't be happy having to see more fans of the opposing team being noticeably loud like we are playing on the road.I've caveated before that my line is into EDC and the front office. For me personally, I can't imagine they're content with being one of the SB favorites 3 years in a row - failing spectacularly in the playoffs 2 years in a row and now potentially not making the playoffs at all.
I think you’re confusing what you want to happen with what will happen. I’ve been steadfast all season with never say never, but firing anyone at this stage is much more throwing in the towel than trying to improve and make a run.It doesn't help losing at home the way we have this year too. If your guy is hearing more chatter than usual, I think we might get some kind of news tomorrow. I don't think it will be Harbaugh but I truly think it's possible Monken is let go tomorrow and we are mutually parting ways with him or whatever. The offense is under performing way too much with too much talent on this team, something has got to change. If they want a short term answer now, we'll get the news of Monken getting fired tomorrow. Maybe Orr, as perhaps they see it more as a defensive issue with the offense putting up points and Orr simply not doing his job to keep the opposing offense out of the end zone.
