The Refs, the Special Teams, and the Mistakes

I genuinely don't have much to say about this one. Felt the offense finally found its footing, and then the defense decided to let the inept Steelers offense look good again. Just feels like the story of the year - can't find a way for all facets to play well at the same time.

I'm rarely a 'blame the refs' guy but it was abysmal today. Unfortunately, we didn't have the mental fortitude to overcome adversity... just as it has been all season.

We had this kind of meltdown in the Flacco era in 2015 and Harbaugh got 3 more years to right the ship, Lamar saved his job and here we are having that meltdown again ten years later.
Dude! I said something similar a few years ago and the reaction was like I was a Witch in Salem! Burned at the f@#king stake.

You speak TRUTH!

If it lines up that we have to face the Steelers a 3rd time in the first round of the Playoffs, we should understand that this was the setup game.

I have little confidence in the NFL anymore. I think they are in the manipulation game.

NFL needed week 18 to matter, so of course they were going to screw us over for ratings purposes.

Why? Harbs and EDC have now wasted 4+ years of Lamar's career by not bothering to put a good line in front of him. That alone should be a fireball offense, couple that with other roster decisions EDC has made and I don't see why either of them should be here next season
this is likely the worst offensive line Lamar has played with in his career but it's not true that EDC and Harb has wasted 4+ years of Lamar career but not bothering to put a good line in front of him. Has Lamer been playing around elite offense like for most of his career ? No but not many teams can say that either because of the quality of offensive lineman coming out of college and are playing in the NFL isn't really all that great . Ravens simply not going to fire both EDC and Harb after this season. I highly doubt EDC would be fired it doesn't make since to fired GM having season like this for the first time in GM career . Harbaugh is likely the only one I can think of that would be less safe from being fired but it's highly unlikely EDC is being fired . That just not a logical decision by the ravens owner to make that move . The ravens aren't the jets

We're not making the playoffs. I don't see how we beat any of the teams left on the schedule.

Lamar played better but still shorted too many passes that could've led to positive plays. I think he's also done with Falele.

We've waisted enough of Lamars prime. Clean house with the coaching staff and let's get it next year.
Get what next year ?

The one thing I'm happy about is the likelihood that any of our 3 coordinators are back next year is low. I have been no fan of Todd even from his first season. Guy's so pedestrian it's nuts. And Orr just isn't a good coordinator. Probably not the full on liability of the beginning part of last season but obviously a below average coordinator. Horton has pretty much never had a good STs unit outside Tucker individually being legit af.

Soooo many of Lamar's years wasted
