This bye week is one of the most important bye weeks in recent Ravens history.

1-5

Only 3 teams have made the playoffs after starting 1-5:

2012 Washington
2015 Chiefs
2018 Colts

Will there be any major structural changes made this week?
Firings, personnel changes, schematic changes?

Most importantly, will Lamar be back after the bye?

If Lamar isn't back, it's so over.

If he is back, I just hope this OL can get their shit together because I would hate for his return to be for naught.

Harbaugh being fired in-season was always a pipe dream.

Monken is not getting fired.

Orr has been the one on the hot seat and his unit played solid ball today.
 
What if they fire John Harbaugh and make Zach Orr the interim head coach? It would be a truly Ravens let down if there ever was one for the fans

With that said, I will say Orr’s unit played better today but part of me pauses because the Rams constantly shot themselves in the foot. The Ravens just didn’t want to take the win away from the Rams more than the Rams won this game.

Losing Robinson is a huge problem. What is his issue? I didn’t hear much yet but admittedly didn’t watch anything after the game.

John Jenkins is the best player on the DL. That’s comical in many ways
 
And why shouldn't Monken get fired? I can coordinate offense with Lamar. These players didn't all of a sudden forget how to play ball and he can't figure out the way to score once??

You’re not wrong. His play calling was terrible today. I know we’re missing Lamar Jackson but the way he has been calling plays is just insane. It really makes little sense
 
I told yall nothing would happen with respect to firings.

Also it's so obnoxious that rather than being able to aspire for a SB we have to have these types of convos. But it is nice to finally see people recognizing literally all of our coaches are below par.
