Harbs isn't the ST coordinator. Nor should he be. STs being bad is because EDC has generally drafted poorly for STs, Horton is a terrible coordinator, and we've not organizationally evolved with the rules changes as well as other teams

This is kind of where I'm at to some extent. Last year? Sure, give a young guy a lifeline and hope he learns from it. This year? If you need to bring someone in again, it says to me you don't have the right guy. And maybe he's the right guy for someone at some point, but it doesn't seem like he's ready for the role he's in currently.
