My only thought is that you can fix accuracy, you can’t really improve leg strengthSo, has anyone done scouting for kickers at all?
I'm not even going to attempt to spell the New England kicker's name, but it sounds like he might be the most consistent with his approach and drive through the ball, but he lacks some leg strength.
Fitzgerald was generally well thought of, but he was inconsistent from 40+ in his career until 2024, nailing 5-5 on 50+. Doesn't seem to have ideal leg strength on field goals or kick offs, though.
With Loop, it seems like he can be a bit inconsistent, but he's also got by far the most leg strength to him.
Is the leg strength something that is more desirable when talking about the kickers? Would you not rather have a guy who is money from within 50 and try to limit the long field goals? Or is there something in Loop's game that looks fixable? Because in the highlights, it seems like he'll pull to the left, so maybe there's something there that can be fixed?
To me, K is a true workout scouting thing. So much of what makes them good is in the tiny, mechanical details and it's so hard to see those in the tape. So, has anyone done scouting for kickers at all?

He is, but I imagine he'll be back, especially as we haven't drafted one in the first 200 picksIsn't Urban a free agent at the moment?

I'd be open to having 3 in camp honestly. Loop, a veteran, and a UDFA.i also wouldn't be surprised if we brought in other kickers as udfas too
Is this draft getting slower or am I just losing the will to live?
In a good D line draft at thatThis aversion to drafting DL feels very 2014 at WR, where there were tons of good options and we waited until the 7th and got the legend known as Michael Campanaro.
I will say though, I know they have a vet or 2 in mind, but it really felt like an opportunity to get younger.
Yes and he's not super fast but he's little similar to to Zay FlowersIs he a return guy? Doesn’t look like he’s got great speed or size
