How do we draft Mike green and then draft a kicker obviously indicating Tucker is gone

We only allow one SA’er per roster I guess

It's a deep draft, but it's deep on NFL level role players, not a bunch of stars. There's a good chance some of these guys won't hack it, but there's also a good chance that these guys provide value, even if it's not right off the bat in 2025. Who they are now isn't who they're always going to be.
I'm not naive enough to suggest that late rounders don't provide value and aren't necessary to the team (every team needs an Urban, Washington, Mekari type), but some of the overreactions are acting like the Ravens are passing on Myles Garrett or Aidan Hutchinson.

We probably won't remember 90% of these day three picks in three years time.

Tucker suffered from the same fate as Ray Rice-

Being cheeks the season prior to allegations coming to light.

Make no mistake- if he'd had a 2016 type year, he'd still be a Raven.

Eric Decosta knows what he's doing on days 1 and 2. He then let's day 3 be scouts day and defers to them. I'm fairly certain we've seen enough over the years and maybe he should take more day 3 responsibility

At dinner…a group of Steelers fans are going wild over their pick Howard one guy shouts “that was the only guy I wanted in this draft” He is a happy camper. Crazy

4 picks left... would love to add a couple of DL and then throw a couple of darts on offensive skill positions/returner candidates
We need to add some DTs. It's a rotation position and we don't have anyone to rotate. Hopefully Urban is his usual self but you never know when the age cliff comes.

So, has anyone done scouting for kickers at all?

I'm not even going to attempt to spell the New England kicker's name, but it sounds like he might be the most consistent with his approach and drive through the ball, but he lacks some leg strength.

Fitzgerald was generally well thought of, but he was inconsistent from 40+ in his career until 2024, nailing 5-5 on 50+. Doesn't seem to have ideal leg strength on field goals or kick offs, though.

With Loop, it seems like he can be a bit inconsistent, but he's also got by far the most leg strength to him.

Is the leg strength something that is more desirable when talking about the kickers? Would you not rather have a guy who is money from within 50 and try to limit the long field goals? Or is there something in Loop's game that looks fixable? Because in the highlights, it seems like he'll pull to the left, so maybe there's something there that can be fixed?
