i am just worried about our Special Teams tonight. Some of these teams have been let down by their Special Teams and ours are not all that.

Their offense is vastly underperforming what it's capable of. And it's not a one-off. This is a couple years.

You're right their defense is their strength. And defense wins championships. This is the most likely reason they'll beat us or Buffalo or the team in the SB. With that being said, any objective person would note the following. That defense is mostly 2 players. McDuffie and Jones. The rest are a technically sound group without a ton of ELITE guys. Then you have Spags as DC. If you watch these games he's basically Wink+. Spags only stuff was blitz the house bc Stroud and his line couldn't do anything aboht it. Houston was having their way with KC. The only thing that stopped Houston was that their OL is all time bad and Stroud took like 8 sacks, of which 6 were egregious on his part. Even being hobbled, Stroud was able to make just so many plays with his legs. They also had 4 points of kicking thrown in the trash and KC had drives extended unfairly. If Houston has even 1 better OL position, makes their kicks, and the refs were fair they could easily have won that game on the road. Last point in this section, it shouldn't surprise you that we and Buffalo nearly or did beat them. QBs who can make things happen have higher highs than what is capable out of that defense.

Don't let that record from this season fool you. If they had 5 loses like they should have, the narrative would be way different. That is a replacement level offense coupled with an above average defense aided by ref ball and home field advantage.

Book it that they can't beat Baltimore or Buffalo next week.

Brother they want 15-2 with one loss coming from sitting everyone to rest.

What are we doing? The entire year it's been "if this team does this and IF this team does that" This idea that they "should have and could have" had a record is null.

They went 15-2. If the argument is that they look more beatable now then ever then I 100% agree with you.

I wonder if the plan was just let him rest up and get healthy and their plan was to play him all along? Does he really need to practice at this point of the season?

That's exactly my point. Ignore the record and look at the games, the way they played. That doesn't look like a team that wins the SB. That looks like a team that has a nice season.

Everyone knows, I only say teams that should compete for a SB are good. Without refball, it's hard for me to say they have a team that should be winning it all.

Others may disagree.

To me Baltimore, Buffalo, and Philadelphia look the part the most. And in that order. Even still, there's no clear juggernaut imo.

He’s doubtful so would be a complete shock if he’s out there. I imagine they wanted to keep Buffalo thinking there’s a remote possibility.

This is the kind of game Jackson needs to win. If he is him he needs to go out and win the game. That’s it. Don’t make mistakes, don’t get nervous. Man up and go out there and play football, snow or not. We don’t play in a dome and play cold weather teams regularly. Can’t avoid this on our team. If he couldn’t handle it he shouldn’t be here. I believe for that reason he can handle it.

Man, I'm the same way! There were times when hyped up the Ravens over an opponent and then they got their asses handed to'em. Then, I gotta face the music with my friends. Now, I stay even keeled; one game at a time!
