Hey. If I cut Kam Chancellor from the Seahawks, is there a specific way that I need to account for injury guarantees (which aren't on Spotrac) or do I just treat it like a normal cut?

you don't personally need to account for injury guarantees because i just checked and they are already accounted for in chancellor's contract on spotrac (overthecap has accounted for it as well fyi) - they've been included in the dead cap for his 2019 season - he only has 5m in prorated signing bonus but his 2019 contract has 5m base salary guaranteed as well

so just treat it like a normal cut i.e. cap number - dead cap which in this case means 12.5m - 10.2m = 2.3 = 2.5 stars saved if you do cut chancellor

Deadline for signing Erfas and rfas will be the midnight prior to RFA free agency. We are still settling on the date for that to happen.

Do I add pending RFAs to the SOF for cap purposes, or should I hold off on that until the free agency period?

Very confused by that Hopkins trade. Not like the Texans were a middling team. Put an offensive line there and that could be a real contender. Can't fathom why a team would get rid of the best WR in football.
