JAD needs to not be on the team next year. Nate needs to be the guy. Bring Marlon back on something top 10 not anywhere close to top 1. Let's see what we got in Tampa and draft some more.

Is JAD in year 4? I think we've still got Marlo next year but he's getting old, I wouldn't resign him after that, for more than a cheap deal

He was not plug and play. Everyone could see that was gonna be the case. That being said after a few weeks of tinkering, we've found the way to maximize him it seems. But you're right about ocums razor. Great players are typically gonna be great anywhere.
