Not at the end when he had shots to zay and Isaiah. Not when he had a TD to likely earlier in the game.
I actually think Lamar prefers it that way and does it to himself at times. Looks comfortable with things in motion than standing tall in the pocketI’m not blaming Lamar when he’s having to make every goddamn throw on the run
Who gives a flying fuck what the narrative is?I don’t know why we excuse missed throws to open receivers that would win huge games had they been completed.
I love Lamar, he reignited my fandom after Flacco slowly siphoned it from my soul over the years. He’s my favorite nfl player of all time, I want nothing more than to see him win it all, and for HIM, not for me.
That said, 2 time mvp who has shrunk in the playoffs, big money qb, who has a harsh narrative against him that says he can’t throw the ball coming from behind to win games, he’s gotta sharpen up in these moments. Completing one of those 3 passes at the end instantly begins to change the narrative, instead he is gonna be catching a world of shit about missing these throws, because a guy of his stature needs to make ONE of those three attempts.
Fair enough, still a play that a guy of his pedigree is expected to make. And if he doesn’t make this one, why couldn’t he make the one the play prior? Shouldn’t have even come to this play, he had likely the play before, he also had likely earlier in the game for a bomb of a TD but sailed it over him into the safeties hands.
We all do. Ain’t none of yall gonna fool me with thatWho gives a flying fuck what the narrative is?
The likely one seemed tough, the Flowers one was just brutal.I don’t know why we excuse missed throws to open receivers that would win huge games had they been completed.

2pt would’ve been the move. You don’t give pat and Reid the ball there, ever.On a positive note we don’t have to spend all week attacking each other over Harbs stupidity when they missed the 2pt conversion
Rules changed for OT this year, both teams will now get at least one possession, even if the team that has the first possession scores a touchdown.2pt would’ve been the move. You don’t give pat and Reid the ball there, ever.
Now the playcall is a different story.
The third can be the deep ball to likely earlierWell he didn't miss the third. The second I think was really tough. The first he should've had.
Didn’t know that. Either way, you’re gonna trust Orr to stand up to Walrus in that situation?Rules changed for OT this year, both teams will now get at least one possession, even if the team that has the first possession scores a touchdown.
I mean when its a fact it start to makes you wonderWho gives a flying fuck what the narrative is?
Yea gotta go for 2pt there.2pt would’ve been the move. You don’t give pat and Reid the ball there, ever.

Exactly. I’m talking about the narrative, but it’s more that I wanna see Lamar prove it wrong so I know it’s not true. He does this every time he plays the chiefs. I want him to debunk the narrative because that means our qb is capable of a championship.I mean when its a fact it start to makes you wonder
It's astonishing how a loss actually made me more optimistic about this season.Anyway I thought this team couldn't win a SB. It absolutely can. We played like dogshit on the road in Week 1 and should've won. We are gonna be alright.
