2015, 2016, 2017 were definitely not elite. I would say 2022, 2023, and 2024 might've been the best all around rosters. 2019 was an elite team with not so great receivers

i'd say he's had this many elite rosters over his 17 (going on 18) seasons:
2010
2011
2019
2023
2024
2025
2022 was also pretty close to an elite roster outside of a glaring hole at WR2
2012 won the superbowl (idk whether to include it or not)

I didn't think the 2012 team was elite (everything just clicked at the right time), especially compared to 2011. But I was also 12 at the time and the years are blending together rapidly

I don't think 10 or 19 were elite. I think 19 just vastly overachieved in the regular season.
Would love to go back and see what our predictions were before that year started.
And it's crazy to me when the Ravens finally get another rb who will out gain Lamar everyone wants to say he's the reason for our offenses success.

i mean the supporting cast in 19 was pretty crazy too - was just a non-elite WR group
but the defence and especially the DB group was wild

I’d absolutely say 10 was elite
19 was borderline, and I’d say a lot of that is due to 2nd and 3rd year players taking way bigger leaps than expected, and the best OL we’ve probably ever had in the harbaugh era.
a couple of those years were torn apart with injuries, including the entire RB room.

Flores is prolly the only defensive-minded coach I'd be cool with because I think he'd bring back the toughness on defense that's gone.

For me I don't care if the next coach is offensive or defensive. I just want someone that brings discipline, and fire back to the team. Also someone that actually knows how to play to his roster's strengths.
I think Saleh or Minter would do a good job, but I'm not fully attached to any one candidate.

Minter the only really interesting defensive option to me right now
I would prefer an offensive guy just to reduce the potential for systematic turnover periodically
If a defensive guy came in, I wonder if they’d think about keeping monken or want to clean house completely?
