At 20 mil?A college coach signing an extension in College really wouldn't have any bearing on if he came to the NFL. That's what buyouts are for.

Why would that be a problem? NFL teams pay out contracts of coaches they've fired before. If they want a guy, why would $20M be a prohibitive number? At 20 mil?
I don't know. To me it sounds too steep for a basically unknown quantity. Why would that be a problem? NFL teams pay out contracts of coaches they've fired before. If they want a guy, why would $20M be a prohibitive number?
OK. I think if they're going the college route, there's probably a couple guys who would be on the list before him anyway.I don't know. To me it sounds too steep for a basically unknown quantity.
Do tell.OK. I think if they're going the college route, there's probably a couple guys who would be on the list before him anyway.
I mean Marcus Freeman is at the top of pretty much every wish list. I think James Franklin could get HC looks as well.Do tell.
I like Brian Flores, Jesse Minter, and Klint Kubiak as HC options for the Ravens...thinking about this a little more...
guys to check in on as the season goes on:
Joe Brady, OC, Bills
Josh Grizzard, OC, Bucs (1st year OC)
Klint Kubiak, OC, Seahawks
Jesse Minter, DC, Chargers
Jeff Hafley, DC, Packers
Anthony Campanile, DC, Jaguars
Some former HCs to keep an eye on too:
Brian Flores, DC, Vikings
Kliff Kingsbury, OC, Commanders
Jaguars' rookie head coach, Liam Coen, taking full responsibility for a bad call. I can't think of a time Harbaugh has directly said he messed up. At least recently.
He does Psalms and also talks about his dad's enthusiasm. He doesn’t call plays so he’s automatically shielded from this.
The fuck does he even do if he’s not able to push guys to play at their best and maintain a strong culture? We don’t have either right now, nor do we have a head coach that actually does anything.
...but he's a player's coach and a great manager, man. Plus he's a nice guy. Give him a break, man.He doesn’t call plays so he’s automatically shielded from this.

He’s definitely cooled his seat down but I don’t think it’s ice cold by any means. Obviously he still needs to make sure we win games that we should be winning. So how's everyone feeling about Harbaugh now that we are almost at Thanksgiving, with the division still obtainable even after starting 1-5. I do think now we are definitely keeping Harbaugh for next year as obviously if we win the division after going 1-5, he's definitely back next year. Plus we just gave him a three year extension so I don't think Biscotti is going to get rid of him so quick unless a team offers us two firsts for him. If EDC could invest in the trenches, I do think a lot of the complaints with Harbaugh, Monken and the play calling would solve a lot of our issues we seemingly have.
I'm in the mindset that we'll keep him, but we should at least call around and see if anyone would give up what the Broncos gave up for Sean Payton in terms of picks. Then if someone does give us what the Saints got in return for him, maybe we could go after Jesse Minter or even Klint Kubiak. Kubiak I'm intrigued by just because of what he's done with Darnold and the Seahawks running game, now give him Lamar and Henry? He could probably draw up some great plays and scheme to get guys open taking advantage of teams trying to account for Lamar and Henry.
I dnt think anyone can get the best out of lamar unless he is andy reid or shannhan type of brilliant… fuck it bring in BB and josh mcdaniels… no bull shit though, id be willing to bet that those two would guarantee us a spot in the afc ship gameSo how's everyone feeling about Harbaugh now that we are almost at Thanksgiving, with the division still obtainable even after starting 1-5. I really think we missed the boat with not bringing Sean Payton in. Seeing what he's doing with the Broncos and Bo Nix makes me sad for Lamar - and us.
John's message is old. Somehow he manages to survive by doing just enough in these years where we don't perform to expectations tho. Always seems to get a "prove it" year as a follow up. If we collapse in these last games there is a possibility. If not, I don't see it happening, but I would still welcome the change if it did.
i think this is the key for me
the message has gone stale
