Man we missed on so many 2nd round WR studs.. it’s a joke. Keenan Allen, Allen Robinson, Tyler Boyd. Juju, Michael Thomas.. even Chris godwin.
We just can’t draft WRs to save our life.
juju was the one i saw from a mile off

I dunno I like Snell quite a bit. You don’t like him? Yeah I hear you though otherwise. It seems we’re always a day late lately but here’s to hoping that changes.Isnt a great draft for rbs. That was the previous draft and they missed their shot.
Just like when there was probably close to about 15 legit wrs in 2014 they picked a mlb who can't cover and a dt that was traded after 2 years. Not picking allen robinson in round 2 was a fireable offence
I think Helen Keller saw him being good toojuju was the one i saw from a mile off

I haven’t seen a bunch of Snell, but he’s kind of slow and lumbering, no? Can he create in space and get open as a receiver? He kinda looked like Leron McClain from the little I saw lolI dunno I like Snell quite a bit. You don’t like him? Yeah I hear you though otherwise. I wouldn’t call him Jamal Charles in his prime but I wouldn’t say he’s McClain either. I just think he bends well and runs hard and is exactly what we need. With Jackson at QB doing the RPO, imagine having a bruiser at RB who punishes you while you have that explosive QB who can burn you? It’ll definitely be problematic for defenses once we shore up the OL.I haven’t seen a bunch of Snell, but he’s kind of slow and lumbering, no? Can he create in space and get open as a receiver? Especially if we still grabbed Andrews later, then we'd still have a great TE.man i like Hayden Hurst but I would have adored the most recent draft if we'd taken Will Hernandez at 25 and Lamar at 32
Snell hasn’t shown much as a receiver from what I’ve seen, but I do like him as a workhorse, like a lot. But as others have said I’m not taking a rb rounds 1 or 2 if they can’t play any given snap.I dunno I like Snell quite a bit. You don’t like him? Yeah I hear you though otherwise. I wanna come up with a film grading system for prospects, does anyone wanna help with this?
I’m thinking you start at 0, and for inconsequential plays you do nothing, plays where the player did their job properly gets a +1, do their job and also finish the play +2, fail at your job -1, fail at your job and the direct result is a failed play -2, a spectacular solo effort gets something like +5, a brilliant playmaker moment gets +10, and a complete boneheaded inexcusable play gets -5(something like a DT just abandoning gap assignment for no reason and taking himself out of the play).
I really would like a more formal way to keep track of how we view prospects for this team, we can assign grades and rank prospects and have our own big board based on factual grades that everyone at PF can use as a reference point when they’re studying film
From the looks of it we wont be picking late first.....but like i said before. I feel like Harris is going to be available in the 2nd. I could be wrong tho after Penny went in the first last year.Snell hasn’t shown much as a receiver from what I’ve seen, but I do like him as a workhorse, like a lot. But as others have said I’m not taking a rb rounds 1 or 2 if they can’t play any given snap.
Which means Damien Harris. IMO totally worth a late first
Even in the event that Brown is resigned it's not like our WR corps is elite... I still don't feel like we have an alpha guy that can be open even when he's not. Not saying Harry is that guy but I definitely wouldn't mind him in our offense.I really like Harry. Hes a WR1 prospect at the next level. Has all the tools
Only way we draft a wr in rd 1 tho is if we dont resign Brown.
He does seem a little raw at times but his overall talent and traits cant be overlooked. I sometimes forget hes 6'4 by how nimble he is. He really is a freak. But lets not fall in love with a 1st round WR prospect we know well never draft lolEven in the event that Brown is resigned it's not like our WR corps is elite... To be honest I don't know which one of Harry, Butler or Harmon will end up number one on my board, they all look really good for their size.He does seem a little raw at times but his overall talent and traits cant be overlooked. I don’t really want to spend a 1st round pick on a RB and would prefer a 3rd and that’s why I like Snell. I just like how he complements Lamar. Legit concerns though on his receiving game I agree. If he’s not there in the 3rd though I would just look elsewhere. What are the FA RB looking like? It may not be a bad place to look too.Snell hasn’t shown much as a receiver from what I’ve seen, but I do like him as a workhorse, like a lot. He looks pretty good. I like him quite a bit as well. Lots of good safeties in this draft.Lukas Denis S from BC would be a perfect Weddle replacement.
I hate to say it but weddle has been very underwhelming this year
This isn’t the place for this but is Davante Parker a FA after this year? I would definitely consider him as an option for Lamar. I’m not sure Lamar would key in on one guy but it is possible. What have you seen from him that makes you feel he would do this? I wouldn’t avoid drafting a #1 WR because you’re afraid Lamar may use him too much. I would definitely target a WR with a huge catching radius though for Lamar.Call me crazy but I don’t wanna give a guy like lamar an elite wr, I worry that lamar in a tight spot might be a little too willing to just toss one out if he has one of those legit #1 elite WRs, maybe just key in on him too much. I like much better the idea of being really good across the board, I love what the rams have done with their WRs, I want something similar here but also with TEs which we already have a head start on.
