Yep! A couple of lower-level FA receivers plus a couple of drafted receivers and our offense looks competent. Once the injury bug leaves us, we're a playoff team.
 
So browns now are shipping deshone kizer to green bay

as much as these moves are probably exciting in cleveland im not sure that anything about them is particularly exciting generally - they've picked up a below-franchise level qb, a high quality slot receiver and a mediocre cb...

and they've only been able to do this stuff because of the plan that sashi brown put into place ngl... there was always a 3 year plan in cleveland and it still bugs me that haslam didnt let sashi finish...

You are forgetting that FA hasn't even started yet and the fact they have picks 1, 4, 33 and 35. They have no pressure to start young QB with Taylor on board and will get much better.
 
I could see the browns now drafting Lamar Jackson. Then hopefully someone will fall to us and then we could trade back with the Bills.
 
You’re really telling me we could’ve given the Phins a 4th and 7th rounder for Landry? I wonder if we were the team that offered him 10 million, or if we offered anything at all. I feel like at this point he would’ve taken 12 million or something...we should’ve done it
 
I think there has to be another development here. I think Landry might be content with the playing on the tag after all and that Cleveland picks were better then ours since they were earlier. Outside of that, I think we offered a similar deal, but the higher picks was just a better offer then ours, that and Landry probably might be ok with playing on the tag.

He’s a $7 mil. to $8 mil. player.
 
Tyron Taylor is not worth pick No.35. A competent but average QB. Browns coulda used that pick to trade up 4 a AB if Barkley is NO.1. The Browns are supposed to be building for the future and using top40 draft picks on place holder QBs. That explains the Browns picking first every year. Stupid moves like that. No friggin chance in hell a competent ran organization makes a move like that. I mean it’s 3 damn picks away from a round1 pick for Tyrod Taylor. Always the Browns. That pick coulda got them a player like Ronnie Harrison, Wynn, Price,Guice,Kirk,Key,Hurst, and any round1 player that falls to round2. Always the Browns

Golden Tate isn’t as good as Landry but on his day Marvin Jones looks like the best receiver in the league - that’s how good he is when he’s on - I’ve never seen anything close to that level from Landry
