He isnt exactly small, he's like 5'11" but he's thick as shit he's gotta be at least 200-210, he's built like a mid sized rb. He definitely brings some gritty play, nobody is denying that, and size isn't the concern, it's his skill set, he has been a screen target almost exclusively and he just doesn't show much more than that, I love his ability as a ball carrier and actually think he may be best suited as a 3rd down back if he learns to block(that's his receiving skill set, screens dump offs and YAC), but I'm not sold on his hands, his ability to attack the ball and win tough catches, or his route game.
When you look at the ravens issues with the wr corps what are they... no refined players who run a strong route tree, no players with consistent sure hands, no players who can attack the ball, no players who can gain quick separation through footwork, no smart/savvy receivers who can sit and make themselves an easy target, to put it simply we have no semblance of a well rounded NFL style WR, we have a bunch of speedsters who can't run a route or hold onto the ball. Joe flacco has the toughest damn job of any NFL qb, he has to throw to guys who can't get open and hope the ball somehow lands in their hands and they don't tip it in the air for a pick. I dont wanna spend a top 2 pick on any wr who doesn't have me 100% sold on 2 things: earning separation, good reliable catcher. DJ Moore has question marks in those exact things when I see his play.
Ridley, Miller, Sutton, Kirk, and st. brown are the only guys I'd want in the top 2 rounds because they have the reliable hands and the NFL ready routes, no more projects in the top 2 rounds. If he's there in the 3rd then hell yes it's worth it.
