That award goes to skura by default. My god I think he had to have had his worst game of the year sunday
Nope - nowhere near his worst game of the year
But that says more about the year he’s having than how the last game went

His worst game of the year probably goes to what, Cinci? There’s a few to choose from lmaoNope - nowhere near his worst game of the year

Joe goes through one read when it’s not supposed to be a one read play. Yes, he absolutely could have done that playNo one thinks that but it seems to me that it was a one read throw. I don’t think they asked Lamar to go through his progressions and if they did it doesn’t make sense, why not run that play with Joe?
Phillip Rivers is also a tough qb.Joe probably is THE toughest. Remember early in Matt Staffords career when he separated his shoulder and came back to beat the Browns 2 plays later? That’s some shit joe would do, the difference being that joe wouldn’t have had all the theatrics running to the sideline, you wouldn’t even know he was hurt
No disrespect to Rivers, but the toughest QB in my book is Joe. He is a no nonsense tough guy unlike Rivers who likes to show how tough he is on the field with his expressions. No Joe is the calmest and toughest QB in the league period. Not the best between his ears but he toughest.Phillip Rivers is also a tough qb.
it is very true that Flacco doesn't show the pain he is inNo disrespect to Rivers, but the toughest QB in my book is Joe. I just would have liked for them to call for a play that aims at getting the first there. You're in Tuckers range anyways what's 3 or 4 yards going to do anyways?Joe goes through one read when it’s not supposed to be a one read play. Yes, he absolutely could have done that play
Sorry for the late response, but I wouldn't want to get rid of them, I like them and think they can better with a different coordinator. I personally think the Lamar's presence on the field throws a defense off on a read-option and his running abilities to his credit are great, but I think Marty would be holding him back in the sense that I've been encouraged in games vs Panthers and Titans, but discouraged at the same time in others. I think the scheme has been incredibly predictable at times as we saw last game where the scheme and blocking was snuffed out and predictable. Especially when he runs inside of the tackles or when the runs are loaded to a preticular side.dude the lamar plays have been some of the most effective running plays in our playbook especially near the goalline and they've consistently created open receivers too in the passing game - those lamar plays have almost all been good calls and when they've been bad its mostly bad execution - there's only one lamar play i remember hating as a call which was a designed run to the right behind the whole offensive line but with no RPO, play-action or threat to do anything but run to the right and it naturally got blown up behind the LoS because our OL is not a good run-blocking unit...
now where i agree with you more generally is that the gameplanning from marty overall is so devoid of creativity - the ravens offence has been at its best this year in the scripted plays and the hurry-up/2 minute drill which is where marty's not doing any in-game playcalling really - it's either pre-planned or it's more of joe at the LoS calling - it's like marty scripts a good set of plays vs the defence and then goes back into his normal playcalling after that
but as bad as marty's been he's called lots of plays that have got wrs open for conversions or big plays all over the game film all year (and particularly the last 3-4 weeks) and joe's consistently made bad reads, made the wrong read, put the ball in the wrong spot etc. which is unsustainable
the long and short of it is that i hope both are gone this offseason at this current rate but if i were to assign responsibility for the problem i'd lean towards joe as the main problem much more than i do to marty
Interesting
Maybe i shoudlnt have came back lolThis made me depressed lol
Haha never should have made that. At least my movie thread is doing well. Ive been over at RSRWhat’s up Chuck? Drop by to start another politics thread? lol

I think everyone will or at least should. Him and Harbaugh if they are both gone will be a sad farewell because they both brought us a championship and many winning years. With that said, you’re hired to be fired in this league and Harbaugh has been around a while. He, Tomlin and Lewis have all been around a while and all three teams have been competitive. I’m not yet saying bye to John because I’m not sure that’s yet decided but maybe; however, Joe’s time seems to be borrowed at this point. If that was Flacco's last game with the Ravens, then fine. It likely is time to move on. But let's not forget, this is the QB that has been a few dropped passes and a missed field goal from sending the Ravens to multiple Super Bowls. He's the guy that has out played Brady in Foxborough in the playoffs multiple times. I for one will miss the Ravens' first franchise QB.
