WR/RB Thread

What about jamal charles? im sure what his salary is but i doubt its much. He would be a way better fit with us than DEN

We really need a scat back. Not sure Charles brings that. If we could nab Deon Lewis from the pats (who have too many rbs) thatd be amazing, but unlikely

I still say give Langford a shot. Yeah he's been unremarkable, but West was even more buried in the scrap heap when the Ravens signed him.

Definitely. Look at Collins, too and see what we have and how high pick do we need to invest in a back next year.
Trading for a proven player is too expensive and what we could possibly get isn't going to be much improvement on what we already have.

Other than gronk and edelman, im not sold on any player from their offense lol. Not saying lewis wouldnt be great for us but that system makes everyone look good.. i mean look at hogan

Terrance is still same RB when browns had him. He just wasnt the type of running back browns were looking for. He is more of our style for what we are doing though

I think dixon's extra suspension only makes it clearer that whatever happens this year we need to draft a rb in the first 2 days next year

We gotta land one of scarbrough or freeman in next years 2nd round. A workhorse back would put us a big step ahead of where we are now

I am not doubing you but I would love to see the story on that awesome nugget.
Sorry I am a poor excuse for a Millennial, can't figure out how to post the story, but it's from Jamison Hensley on espn.com.

i have no problem seeing what we have in west, allen, langford and collins this season which will help decide if an upgrade is needed. woodhead imo is a 1 and done with us. langford/collins may surprise and rb's like devontae booker/jamaal charles, t.j. yeldon could be available for trade if they are even considered upgrades. imo if the line holds up than we will be fine with what we have
