Good ball security is fundamental to the game and a key trait of a championship caliber team.
You realize how rare it is for teams to go without turnovers for a playoff run?

Joe had the adv of the defense of the defense damn near forcing at least 2 a game throughout his playoff career. And the last time they didn't force 2 he couldn't hold a 14 point lead twice.

Hurts fumbled numerous time against the Rams. Both qbs threw terrible ints on back to back series in the SB. Mahomes has turned the ball over every playoff run. Brady multiple SB runs with multiple turnovers. Yes ball security is important but you you can't expect to be perfect and there is a bunch of luck involved in many of them to begin with. Allen should have had about 4 last year against the Chiefs. But it's not mentioned because the Chiefs dbs dropped easy ints and avoided recovering the Bills many fumbles.

It's just refreshing to see effort towards making the team better. Under Harbaugh, you could see there was never any effort. Yeah uh my sister said I should hire Todd so I did. Made a huge mistake on Orr and wouldnt correct it. Got Warhop as a stopgap but then didn't upgrade on him. I mean there was pure loyalty and complacency.

Minter clearly is coming in with high effort.

The answer is to never beat yourself.

Overall, this years playoff games have shown me just how ass this team has been when it commits a turnover.

Pats have turned the ball over all post season and yet they are in the championship game. The managed to win a game with their QB fumbling the ball and throwing ints. Kid was on the sideline telling the coach how hard everything is and yet they managed to find a way to win.

Would be cool if the Harbaugh convo moved to that thread and focus this one on Jesse and subjects related to him.

Drake Maye has fumbled the ball 6 times and has thrown 2 ints. He's taken 15 sacks, 5 a game evenly. He's completed 55.8% of his passes.

Is that championship worthy? Bc he's a championship QB lol
CJ Stroud won a game where he had FIVE fumbles (two lost) and an interception.

The best part? It was a TWENTY FOUR POINT win.

I'm not going to suggest the offense shouldn't play cleaner, but the idea that it's impossible to win if Lamar makes a single mistake is... silly, at best.
