2026 Offseason Thread

Love this

Orr got the highest grade of our coaches on the player report cards lol

Maybe Harbaugh was holding him back

Edit: tied with Horton

Big boost to the defense if he can come back healthy!

A bizarre way to word that. Unless they’re saying he’s still recovering from the injury what other way could he realistically not play for the Ravens this year if he didn’t retire?

I've long gotten the sense it's a wait and see thing, and I don't think they're going to push him for any of this offseason stuff. Think there's a world where if there's a comfort level of him coming back, they'd do a slow ramp up in training camp and see where he stands from there.

Ravens app did another signed jersey auction with 10 game balls available. Really wanted a game ball, didn’t get one, but got this beauty. Didn’t even know it was an option

@All_black_everything

I know that he is a magician nutrition wise and to combine nutrition with strength/conditioning training for the particular purpose, plus on the individual bases. Rugby is a lot different than football though but I'm sure he'll figure it out. He's been with the All Blacks almost 20 years and they were all fucking monsters throughout his tenure.

Bro he's gonna turn our defense into pure alpha male beasts and I'm all for it.

I would be all in on a crossover dance between the Haka and the Ray-Ray.

I appreciate the insight. I would assume he would have to have a good plan in place for how to develop NFL players bodies before we would create a position for him. Looking forward to how he develops the current incoming draft class. You’ve created the “fucking monsters” image I now have in mind lol

contextually it seems like a lot of senior and long-term figures in NZ rugby have been leaving fairly recently
but it's interesting that Gill's coming in at the very top of the organisation with a VP role and not just taking over an existing department
