By a wide margin would be something like 4yr/88m, 60m G? I got no problem going 5 or even 6 years on him or resetting market at guaranteed money. It's the per year like a left tackle I'm balking at.

I do find it funny that at the time, everyone wrote Pollard off as just salty because he wasn't a good safety. And to be fair, he was incredibly salty, but we all ignored it because we saw Harbaugh with such rose colored glasses.
Now we look back and it's a "where there's smoke, there's fire" situation.
Just funny how we pick and choose what to believe based on how we feel about those being talked about.

He outgained hopkins because hopkins played for the baltimore ravens lol.. we dont know how to use guys like hopkins.. its like when people bash borruw for having higgins and chase… higgins would have 500 yards here

Obviously. But he would have produced about the same as Dhop here (maybe a couple more targets for Tez) and would have cracked DB heads all year.

I'm not convinced of anything until we see it but the encouraging bit was "not chasing 50-50 balance between run and pass but doing what works best vs defense they're playing". That's exactly opposite of what was the mantra last few seasons.

He also specifically talked about how not every play is gonna be a home run and you have to use 4-6 yard structured plays to set up explosive plays later
