The Shutout, the Running Game, and the Injuries

Pats kinda got exposed vs Buffalo imho. They remind me a lot of the 49ers, not very talented but they execute very well. Qb is legit but he is a 2nd year player. Front seven is legit but not downright scary like Houston or Denver. Everywhere else they are frightfully average talent wise. OLine is very average, secondary has guys you can attack and they are getting obscene mileage out of Hunter Henry and Mack Hollins that doesn't feel sustainable.

Ravens match their execution we win, hands down.
They do have josh mcdaniels also

That’s a major reach. That was a good rep and you can’t fault him for playing well in the space the field allotted, and the crossface happened at an inconsequential point in the play, and to assume he would hold there is just speculation.

Almost feels like you’re fishing for reasons as to why our physically and mentally handicapped guard tandem should keep their jobs.

lol i want to get rid of the current guards as much as the next person

but this is what i see on this rep of Jones:
False steps with his first step and doesnt gain the ground he needs to seal the defender (BAD)
Hands inside (GOOD)
Leans forwards (BAD)
Turns his hips to start sealing (GOOD)
Base gets narrow and starts losing ground (BAD)
Right hand gets high on the shoulder (BAD) - loses control of the block
Feet cross (BAD)
Defender able to rip across into the other gap (BAD)
Resets hands (GOOD)
Keeps running his feet to try and sustain (GOOD)
Drives defender into legs of another defender (GOOD - but lucky)

he loses this block

Roquan has 0 sacks 0 FF and 0 picks this year (although he did get robbed vs Vikings sponsored by draft kings spread)

Not what you like to see from a 20 mil mlb regardless of how good he's been against the run. For the amount of our corners he injuries with "big" hits, you'd think maybe it's time to stop that shit and find a different way to get the damn ball

he's been good in coverage
just because he's not getting turnovers and sacks doesn't mean he's not playing well

Yall see wired yet? Harbaugh can’t spit out a goddamn sentence in the locker room. Sounds like an idiot tryna think of something inspirational to say and he’s stuttering and fumbling.

The vibes are “boss nervously speaks to a room full of men who don’t respect him, and he knows it”

I know he's been playing well and ive been really happy with him overall. I dont value sacks or turnovers in mass volume but you have to have a few splash plays. I don't get why he does the "hold them up so I can hit them" - as he ends up hurting our corners 1/3 times

I trust the big plays will come from him - he just needs to make them happen in such a crucial stretch if we will win games. A pick vs Pitt would be nice right?

Likely looked so annoyed with him the video but not to difficult then most people act when their boss says a cliche lol. He has always been a hardass but it only works when we win I do feel it was an awkward moment to film that overplayed "my dad" card during a prayer circle.

Always wondered about how non religious players feel during team prayers and such.

Are you saying autopen is running our team ?

Especially when that seems to be the thing the coach cares about the most…

Steve B is a devout Catholic, maybe that’s the vibe he wants his team to have. And TBF we’re only seeing what's there for public consumption.

The knock on Harbaugh used to be that he was too intense, too hard on players. Guess that perception has changed.

I agree I like the slightly more chill version, I think it was developed after years of too many injuries. Always found it interesting hearing Tre White and other new coaches (mcvay) talking about how much other coaches stressed rest and healing. I feel we constantly rush players back a little to early and it drags / grinds them throughout the year.

Baltimore was a catholic coloney right?

Ever since those ACL's we had back in 2021, I don't feel like we have rushed people back at all. There are plenty examples, but just look at Mitchell last year. He was healthy and would probably have played more last season, but we brought him back slowly.
