It could be possible, I won't say it isn't. But my source's line goes to DeCosta and he isn't letting that stuff leak out. Maybe Wacker has a relationship with a coach or some other staffer who would be in the know in this type of situation - it's hard to say.

Contract stuff obviously is a no go. Injuries are different, so that's why I won't deny it but also won't believe it.
 
Time for Cooper Rush to step up, he hasn’t looked good at all in pre season or this last game, but now he knows he’s the guy and will practice with the 1s. Time to step up, you were brought in for a reason.

Last week I asked a rhetorical question about Lamar changing the play at the line of scrimmage. While it seems everyone agrees it's happening, you hardly ever see the quick slant, or hot read to beat the blitz. Not sure why.

We would have to do that every single play though. Its not like the oline is inconsistently ass… its every play ass lol.

He’s not wrong though. Lamar can play fake the spy all day to buy room for the routes going right behind his head, it creates a leverage point that you can exploit, coach has to call it and players gotta execute it which at this point seems like a tall task, but yeah you do it every play over and over again, make them pay for it until they’re forced to change up, then you open up your playbook more

and it's not like the rest of the roster isn't also decimated so that they can carry the team without him
defence is worst in the league and is potentially down 4 of the top 6 defensive cap hit players on the team

even more frustrating is that with lamar out, it's gonna be hard for them to get reps trying to beat that specific look

Our offence should still be ok. Rush was 9-5 with the Cowboys and we still have Henry. That defence though... Of course harbaugh does say they're very close and Kyle Hamilton says they don't think they're playing that bad

Exactly. People sometimes complain about paying backup QBs, but when something like what happened with Burrow in Cincy happens, having an adequate backup QB is important
