If you can't get outside rush, you might as well invest in more interior rush. The tape on the year says Madubuike took a step back, but also commanded a lot more attention and paid the price in the stat book. Jones is a force of nature but isn't some heavy sack guy. If you add interior rush there, it should theoretically make both of those guys better.
I also think it may be easier to help the edge guys if we can get pressure on the interior. I hope we can get some guys at Edge and we need them, but I wouldn't hate drafting a high-end DL in Round 1 and an Edge in Round 2 if it happens. I need to research the DL class though as I haven't had a lot of time to really look into anyone here.
Not like Chris Joneses just grow on trees, but that's what the Chiefs have going for them. They have okay to good edge rushers, but that whole defensive front runs around Jones and his ability to rush from the inside (and sometimes the outside honestly).

I don’t dislike him at all, I think he’s got some serious development to do as a rusher though, he needs to rush with a plan and do something other than just trying to play through blocks, what I see on film doesn’t look like something that’s gonna translate to the next level as it currently is, very little disengage happening
Harmon would be an amazing get, but I don't see him still there unless he bombs at the combine. Nolen would be a good pickup but a little later in the draft as a traits guy to coach up.
