I figured I need all the help that I can get.Good choice in New England. Very interested to see how you IMPROVE them
You either die a hero......Taking the bullet for ya'll. You have to be the villain at some point.
Now we wait until every team has been selected, wherein the rosters will lock in. The state of the franchise entries will need to be filled out, and we'll likely handle that ourselves. From thereon, the fun begins. We can do whatever while we wait until our FA periods. Release players, discuss trades, tag, tender players, etc.So how does this work??
Start setting up your depth chart. You can use mine as an example since I’ve started it alreadySo how does this work??
Two hours into being the New England GM and Robert Kraft gets charged with soliciting prostitution in a human trafficking sting. Can I get a do-over?
apparently twoYou've already won the Super Bowl, Robert. How many happy endings do you need?
These are the finalized comp picks

The Skins getting so many comp picks is just a waste. They don't know how to draft anyways.
At the end of the team selection draft the rosters lock. Whoever is on the team at that point is yours to keep. You then trade, cut and tender players. Then we go through OUR own free agency period and then OUR own draft. You make the picks and do everything a normal GM would do to improve the team. Each GM also work with the teams current cap (All 51). Make sure you understand how the cap rules work. There are examples of trades within the rule.So everyone on the team chosen is on the roster? And then we trade with each other to add subtract to that roster? Then with the upcoming draft we make our own picks? Or is what ever our team chooses is what we ride with?
