2019 Forum Mock: Discussion Thread

imagine two 1st round TEs from the same school in one draft. That's absolutely incredible both Noah Fant and TJ have been.
 
I may have Tyler Higbee as TE #2, but he doesn't have the ceiling Fant does. Fant could become dominant up the seam with his freakish athleticism and serves as an ideal compliment to Doyle, who's more about positioning. Fant is also a solid blocker so playing him inline would not be totally insane. With T.Y Hilton commanding a double team most snaps, and Humphries being a pain in the ass for slot corners to deal with, and teams also having to account for Doyle, that leaves plenty of opportunities for Fant to make some big plays in the red zone and after the catch. Plus, Crabtree when he does actually catch the ball, and Mack out of the backfield too...

I'll take the partial blame there. I crashed and went to bed at 9 PM. Didn't expect him to be OTC when I came back. He and I were discussing a trade days ago that I said I was likely to pull the trigger on. I made mention of wanting to move up into the 2nd instead in the Trade Block thread, but I hadn't conveyed that message specifically to him, so he was probably waiting on me.
 
5 picks before me and I (finally) put together a board of 5 players that I'd like. What are the chances they go in the 5 before me? Probably pretty strong knowing my luck.
