Texans were another team I was considering but that OL was in shambles, and the OL is admittedly one of my weak points.
Same for me. OL is the toughest part of the team to sort out.
Plus, lot of that cap would likely go on franchise tag for certain player.

The most surprising choice for me thus far were our Ravens, hands down. In the year when we actually have cap room and talent to work with, we drop to 6?!?

just imagine next year. Even Overthecap has us down at 90m cap space. And they still have Flacco on the books....lol OUCH

That feels great until I saw that cap lacks a LOT of players most of which I can't imagine are leaving. Yanda, Stanley, Snead, Williams/Boyle, Pierce, Judon, Mosley, Urban, Jimmy, Tucker.

Yanda, Stanley, Pierce, and Mosley probably eat up about 60m maybe especially if you front load it. I didn't even look at depth for Dixon or Skura (heart of a lion) or if Suggs has more than 1 year left.

I wonder of the plan is to frontload all those deals to get ready for the next crazy batch though with Humphrey being the leading candidate to reset the CB market in 2 years then Lamars mega deal in 3 (hopefully).

Edit: posted before being done

LSU is an NFL team? Shiiitt, I wish someone told me about this.

My guess would have been the Lakers but since you were dragged into this, the last thing you want is to deal with an ego like Lebron telling you to trade everyone and sign Anthony Davis. So you chose the less ego route and picked the Vikings.

I'm surprised that the Rams fell this low. I was strongly considering them against New England. It hurts that they don't have a second-rounder, but they do get a third back with the comp selection.

I'm surprised by the teams left on the board and right now since I still pick last depending on @MarkAndrewsOurSavior I may still get a team I want.

yeah im surprised too - once i saw i was picking 22 i made a ranked list before the draft started of all 22 franchises 1-22 that i would take on... and then obviously had a pile of 10 teams that i knew i wouldnt have to consider... well guess what... 4 teams i'd have considered unpickable went ahead of my pick lol + 4-5 teams lower on my list went too

I knew it wasn’t a full roster, but your also not considering some players being cut like B Will. Those players you mentioned won’t be 60m for hr four of them as bonus gets spread over the life of the contract.

Remember Overthecap still has Flacco on the books and Jimmy and Weddle will most likely be gone by next year if not sooner.
