I am not sure why the Bucs are calling timeout. The game is literally unwinnable barring the Ravens failing to take a knee. Even IF the Bucs got the ball back and scored a TD they would have to kick it to the Ravens, because they cannot do a 3rd onside kick, and the Ravens would take a knee. This game is over.
