This week the Ravens need to get th running backs involved in the game plan. Atlanta has allowed the most receptions (88 on 104 targets) to rb coming out of the backfield.

I wanna see more Montgomery out there; he's looked fast and explosive in his limited opportunities so far.

Flacco resumed practicing today, albeit limited. I still don't see how you put the bum in even if we lose to Atlanta with Lamar. Also, Gus the Bus has returned to practice!

Thats not a very nice thing to say about Lamar. Yes Lamar has a much lower QBR than Flacco (I often find I like that stat more than rating), but he is still just a rookie.

Okay, apologist.

According to PFF Humphrey is graded as the highest CB on 3rd and 4th downs with an 85.4 rating not bad for a guy playing out of position.

no way joe starts this week given everything that's been said about him needing a full week of practice and the fact that he was only practicing in a limited capacity and per zrebiec didn't look particularly comfortable either

but we really could only be a 4 days away from a full-blown qb controversy especially if lamar wins in atlanta

Man you’re a dumbass. You really love Flacco so much that you’re already talking trash about a QB who’s outplaying him. How pathetic.

i'd say as the poll currently stands that it's results are pretty undeniable as to where the "general" opinion of this board lies lol

ravens posted a clip of joe throwing the ball - interestingly the first play they show is him handing it off in a zone-read play - interesting thinking about the future lol - you've gotta think with the success of the zone read that even if joe comes back in we'll start running more option plays (maybe more RPOs rather than pure zone-reads)

He wasn't bad-mouthing Lamar...

The sentence makes no sense otherwise. If you are calling Flacco a bum then by extension Lamar, who has been much worse as a QB based on every measurable as a passer (great as a runner which is why those Lamar packages work really well) would be as well.

Though generally I find name calling childish in general (I think it stopped being a thing I heard people do after middle school) the insult should at least be consistent.

You appear very condescending, in addition to never admitting being wrong about something/anything/everything.
That's the most revealing sign of stupidity. I bet you scored 36+ on Wonderlic.

Difference is, Lamar opens up our offense way more than Flacco does. Look at the past weeks with Lamar as starter and that's your normal game for Flacco minus the running ability. I've said this before and I'll keep saying it; I'd rather Lamar have growing pains and make rookie mistakes rather than a 10 year Vet making the same rookie mistakes. Lamar gives us the best chance at winning down the stretch. Your boy Flacco is done. We'd be lucky to get a mid-rounder for him.
