I get that reaction, but generally speaking of someone stuck around on Reid's staff for awhile they're usually a solid coach. He's been one of the best in the league at building staffs.

I know. He could be a helluva coach. But I’m just emotionally scarred when it comes to Harbaugh. :mad:
 
This is another positive for the Ravens. By Wednesday, Rodgers and Jimmy G, could have new homes shrinking the market

I feel like the Lamar situation is going to really fuck up our FA opportunity. Especially if everyone else is off on to it on Monday and we have to wait until probably after Wednesday.

Probably should focus on bringing back some core defensive veterans so we can go into the draft and get WRs and BPA

Well, realistically, the kinds of guys getting snagged up on Monday/Tuesday are unlikely to be the kinds of guys we're in the market shopping for anyway.

Unless we definitively have an extension in-place with him before Monday, I just don't see many paths where we'll be super active.

I definitely think they'll add a mid-market WR and probably a mid-market Corner or possibly Guard in FA. Possibly a smaller trade, though its just as likely to be us trading somebody away (Queen).

Agreed on those first 2 day guys are probably not us.

With regards to the second thought about who we'll bring in, I don't think it's implausible but I'm unsure.

I really only see them as having 2 choices. Are they going to say let's make sure the defense is solidified by bringing back CC, MP, and JH.

Or are they gonna say eh we can live without those guys let's bring in whoever we want with that money and hopefully the draft and late offseason moves can fill out the roster.
