Man listen, from what i was told.. with me asking as little as possible… is that he was gonna be our qb this season or atleast game 1 and that was the plan lol.. this was i think a month ago. Is the person credible? i mean i was told ahead of time when signed a certain wr 2x and it happened. Thats all i can say without giving too much info for the feds to catch on

Since the video is going on his entertainment page regarding music and etc I think this maybe less than what we think it may be about. Probably more about information about his YouTube page and what's going be showcased on it. He already has one song on the page already

There’s a teaser on his IG page, which the question he is answering is about entering the league and having to learn the west coast offense so there may be some football content but probably won’t talk about the contact is my guess.

Well the Ravens can't guarantee somebody won't make an offer that requires more up-front cap space. Just means the Ravens would prefer it not to happen.
Lamar hasn't signed because there's no difference to him whether he signs today or in mid-July. He can wait this out to see if his leverage increases post-draft.

I'm sure he doesn't. But he 100% pocket watches his peers. Hence why he's holding out for more.
If he was pocket-watching Josh Allen, the time to do that was two years ago.
