2018 Forum Mock: Tender/Cuts

When cutting players please adjust your SoF and make sure you change the amount of players. If below 51 please keep the number 51 in the cell as it will affect the formula. If above 51, please change number to accurately reflect the amount of players on your team.

Example: Atlanta 48 played under 51
Atlanta 51 needs to stay in over 51
 
The Oakland Raiders would like to restructure
Derek Carr (saves 6.5 stars)

Correction, Derek Carr is in the 1st year of his contract, so the restructure isn't eligible.
