2018 Forum Mock: Discussion Thread

The Miami Dolphins are releasing DT Ndamukong Suh (26 stars) and using the June 1st Exemption to free up a whole lot of cap space.
You would save just his base salary on the June 1st, which is 17 Stars. Just wanted to throw it out there.

Yep, I see that now. That's what I get for doing this at 2 am lol. I for some reason thought it was the overall cap hit, not just the base salary.

I've just finished editing each SoF in order to add in the new lines of data for the restructures. I've seen a couple of SoFs wherein members changed values in "Final Calculation" cells, which wipes the formulas. The simple rule to follow here is to not edit any box that has an automatic number, i.e. 0. And please do check the cell at the top left to see if there's a formula. Additionally, every draft pick should be marked with the number of the pick in that specific round. Please select a number out of 32 for each round. This will help when the Big Board rolls around.

I'll ask you guys to wait until this week-end to see my SoF as I don't have my computer available atm. Sorry about that.

The trade thread will be posted not long from now. Please remember that in order to either post of confirm a trade, you must have your depth chart posted and have both the depth chart and SoFs up to date.

@Charm City

Baltimore Ravens give:
CB Brandon Carr (4.5 stars to TB, saves BAL 4 stars)
RB Danny Woodhead (2.5 stars to TB, saves BAL 2 stars)
TE Maxx Williams (1 star to TB, saves BAL 1 star)
Round 3, Pick 19
Round 5, Pick 17

Tampa Bay Buccaneers give:
WR Mike Evans (13.5 stars to BAL, saves TB 13.5 stars)
For the love of all things holy please let us do something like this in real life

It's nice to get a #1 WR for Flacco, finally. I came into the game expecting to give up a 3rd via trade to get a #2 WR, but when the opportunity was presented for a #1 for a bit more, I had to take it. I had to add a 5th and Maxx, but I'm not as attached to draft picks this year since my knowledge is lacking in the later rounds. I wanted to keep Carr, and would have in real life, but in a game like this, he had to be moved one way or another, so packaging him here worked out well.

Now, back to work. Peace ya'll. Come get Ryan Jensen while you're awaiting my return.

Definitely a good move.
