Plus marlon says he thought it was his. Marlon must have been sitting in the front and grabbed a charger 'the uber guys' so the uber guy asks for it back and marlon says "Naw man....this mine....(all drunk slurred) uber responds " No its Not! Give it back!" Marlon: elbows him like a drunk 21 year old (soft tap, didnt leave a mark)
Marlon goes inside the hotel to plug his phone in: "oh shit....it dont fit" (Girls laugh histerically)

Also. If he borrowed the phone charger in the car...wouldnt he have already known it didnt fit his phone? Somethings not right about that. I dont think he ever asked i just think he grabbed it by mistake thinking it was his
 
right i just read the report and while it's still fairly innocuous on the whole it does sound like marlon was just an idiot...

When Marlon inevitably gets suspended by the NFL for this (because we all know they have the best investigators in the world and, clearly, this is far worse than domestic violence), we're going to need the offense to carry the load. /s

Seriously though, it wouldn't surprise me if he gets a game suspension for this (it probably deserves a fine, at most). Hopefully this is a wake-up call for him to grow the fuck up. For most people, this wouldn't be a big deal, but being in the public's eye means that every little thing he does is going to get scrutinized.

True, but knowing the league, I won't find it surprising at all if he gets suspended for this little stupid ass incident.
 
I agree this is only news because he is a pro football player. But he needs to be smarter or less drunk!
 
What SGT/supervisor approves a charge for low level BS like that?

Where's the public interest?

Give the cable back and be done with it ... Marlon gets sent to bed with a warning

I very much doubt he gets a suspension or even a fine. It's the NFL offseason, dumbass players get arrested for being dumbasses all the time.
