Mock Central

Ok, now that we know our draft position (16) and (48) and (80) in the first few rounds. Who do you feel will be available at these spots.

Courtland sutton / Christian Kirk should be there in the teens for us. One of them or one of the guards (Nelson / price) is my 1st round target at 16.
2nd round, a safety like Armani watts or deshon Elliot. Maybe Anthony miller if he falls? I also wouldn’t mind reshaad penny, rb, SDSU.

I would have loved to go to the playoffs, but we aren’t ready foe the super bowl, so I’m not that upset. Frustrated by how we were eliminated though. That being said, I agree at 16 there could be some very nice talent available to us. This is the year we build the offense and supplement through free agency as well. I’d like a guard/tackle or a wr in the first. If Nelson is there, I don’t hesitate in sending that pick in.
 
if nelson isnt available, trade back, take mark andrews, take one of cedrick wilson/anthony miller in the second, and then with the second we got in the trade we take a OL such as wynn or rankin, and in the third hopefully get another wr and with our projected comp pick take a DT/CB or perhaps another OL

I agree on the fact, even if we made playoffs, we weren’t going to go far with this coaching staff. Here’s hoping by missing out, it’ll force Stevie B to make some changes. Rather that be harbaugh leaving, or just his coordinators, something gotta to change. I’m hoping it’s a clean house

I want Harbaugh to stay and Greg Roman to replace Marty on offense. The new defensive coordinator needs to be creative. I like Vic Fangio, but we need to be selective and should have that opportunity.

I rather have a new scene. I’m tired of harbaughs bend don’t break philosophy. Up 3 under 4 minutes, and instead of going for the kill and leave it in the hand of offense, they run the ball to kill clock and give the ball back to bengals.
 
At 18 I'd take the slight reach with Kirk or trade down and take Price. In the second, Cedrick Wilson or Isaiah Wynn. In the third, Ian Thomas.
 
I'll cry with joy if we get Quenton nelson. I don't think i'd ever be so excited to get a guard.

might need to trade up above the cardinals or the bengals. If he's there after 10 for fucks sake give up that 2nd rounder to miami and get him.
 
my issue with this FO is that they are way too high on alex lewis .My gut tells me ozzie is aiming for a certain ILB from georgia

give me rashaan evans over him 100%. a natural ILB and a natural edge rusher, he can play either spot at a high level

I can't rank one above the other. As a pure ILB Smith has better instincts and speed. Evans has an otherwordly ceiling but Smith is an exceptionnal prospect.
