2018 Free Agency

other than zrebiec consistently saying there's interest in vague terms the most recent confirmed interest in ebron was back around the 2014 draft...
I remember many were high on him pre draft. I just read through Zrebiec twitter, like you said vague references. More like just keeping track of his visits.

He seems like a pretty polarizing guy around the league. Some like him and others hate him, as far as on the field goes. I’d guess the fact that the Lions couldn’t find a trade for him indicates he probably shouldn’t be asking for that much, but maybe that early years personality is rearing its head again.
One of the beat writers posted on twitter about that - looked that Lions inability to trade him was all Ebron / his agent doing. There were few interested teams but they (Ebron camp) didn't want to sign extension with them and wanted to test the market.

The ravens can’t go into the draft as is surely? Not that Ebron is the be all and end all but the options are getting sparse and we definitely still need 1 more receiver

At TE? I'd bank on the draft or another cut at this point. Ebron was really the only thing left on the market worth anything.

At WR? This probably opens up the Wallace possibility a bit more.

i just think we need to build our defense and just slowly get offensive weapons! we have joe flacco as our qb who in his 10th plus year still cant run the offense and cant reas defenses so it really doesnt matter who he throws the ball to. We need more skilled athletes and not just talented ones. Our oline player pretty well last year tbh, so i really never understood what all the complaining was about to get better oline ( before jensen left). I guess some think that it was fluke and wont happen again? We need a more consistent front 7.. mosley is mediocre who cant cover and a lot of times gets pushed around! Suggs is getting old but his high football IQ will keep around! Williams, lmao. I like henry and peirce but they are also inconsistent. Judon is my guy was my fav rookie along with tavon young that season. that very bad part though is that we still dont know what to make out of tim williams and bowser cause they weremt utilized correctly! we arent contending for a SB this upcoming season for sure so lets just hope our guys play well enough to the point were we may only be a few pieces away

For the price point, I'd love to bring in Dontrelle Inman or see if we can get Ryan Grant on a cheaper deal than what we originally agreed to. I feel like Inman can be had really cheap and I like what he's done when given opportunities in San Diego as well as Chicago. I was also a huge fan of the Ryan Grant signing, albeit the price was a bit steep so if we can revisit that and get him here on a more reasonable number that would be fantastic.

yawn..

we haven't got better yet. Are we going to ignore the O line and roll with what we have?

The draft is a crapshoot..and as far as TE's go few make impacts in the first year. Trade for one..

I’ve been critical of Wallace’s inconsistencies since he’s been in Baltimore, but I think Crabtree being on the squad would help to get him straight. The Mike and Mike show if you will. lol Hopefully they can get him back at a reasonable price.
