2018 Free Agency

Rogers played behind and practiced with Favre for 3 years, an advantage Hundley was not afforded. Not saying Brett has Rodgers talent, just saying it’s way too early for him to be considered awful. If he doesn’t get traded it would be interesting to see the competition between him and Kizer.
Kiser is way better, not even close lol. The Packers are a 2-14 team with Hundley at QB.

Oh I'm completely ruling us out which is fine (no it isn't, but I'm not gonna get upset). However, to your last point, I agree that the FO isn't just gonna make one move and call it a day before the draft occurs.

Which further confirms my point about his suitors. Of course, we're interested in R******n, but we simply don't have the funds to get him. @JO_75 , our FO is definitely ignoring him, but I think they realize that this is a bidding war they cannot win.
Packers vs Ravens in Next years super bowl right guys?

I believe we are going to be pleasantly surprised as a whole as a fanbase this offseason. That being said, you can't please everyone.
Yeah, I personally think we’re going to put all the attention on getting playmakers here. I think we might be in the market for a trade. I highly doubt we won’t make a move on WRs this FA. Something is def going to happen.

not to mention tony jefferson took less money to come play for us
Yeah I think many still respect the Ravens as an organization. Not to mention that our biggest hole and weakness is easily WR, if we can fix that up then I easily see us as contenders, especially in this weak AFC.

As long we steer clear of Tavon Austin.
Austin will come dirt cheap. Guys like forsett and Collins came here after an ugly stint and lit it up with a good change of scenery and some more drive to fix their weaknesses, and for dirt cheap. That's the kinda signing that will get blasted on these boards because reasons, despite the signing being real cheap and bringing high upside with little risk everyone will hate it because it's "not enough", but when they exceed xpectations it's brilliant.

Tavon Austin could very well come here and get sparked, a coach who motivates players to be their best, a locker room where every player feels comfortable, hometown team, first round bust who returns home for a cheap deal with something to prove on the team he grew up rooting for. you literally couldn't put him in a better scenario environment wise.

i just dont know what you do with him - he's a guy you have to artificially create touches for or use solely through misdirection - he's a gadget guy who's not really got many gadgets...

like if he comes here really cheap then fine but i dont know that id be excited about him at all - i dont see anything when im watching him that makes me think he's gonna stay in this league - like lets be honest he was a weird 1st round pick in an awful draft class who if he hadnt been a 1st round pick would have bounced out of the league a long time ago

He has talent though. He's very explosive and stupidly quick, he's gonna come mad cheap so I'd like to see him get some looks in the slot assuming we don't have any other slot options, which we likely won't. Get him some short touches, try to get him involved with drags and quick inside slants and the occasional deep seam to see if he can make a safety bite and get over the top, a guy with his athletic ability always has a chance to produce, he just needs the right environment and the right mindset, he could find that in Baltimore.

I don't see the fit here. We can't even get "legit" WRs involved. I have a hard time believing we can get a guy that needs manufactured touches involved. He's long been overrated and that contract they gave him was atrocious. I don't care who else was in LA with him - if you can't find a place in that creative offense, there are big problems.

The #Ravens re-signed versatile OL James Hurst to a four-year deal worth $17.5M, source said. He gets $8M guaranteed. Solidifying their OL.

Now I’m mad..... smh
