Yes. Still watching these guys but I'm very impressed with his versatility and it wouldn't surprise me if the Ravens end up targeting this guy.
I'd be fine with letting Jensen go given the interior position prospects available in this draft.

Depend on where we pick, but if we go to the PO we won't be in range from what I've read (admittedly I've only seen his Maryland tape which was bad so I can't judge him).

After last night I'm 100% on the "if Nelson is available and we pass on him then we have a FO full of shitcunts" train.
Hell, I'd take a whole gang of OL next year, at this point we can turn a shit OL into a deep and talented one in just one class. Guys like Connor Williams, Jamarco jones, Martinas rankin, billy price, and other very solid blockers could all be going in round 2, potentially even round 3. We likely have 4 picks in days 1 and 2, we NEED to leave day 2 with at least 2 quality OL. If we can build a monster of an OL, we can ride the run-game-train until we find a new qb and some passing weapons.

alex collins proved again last night that if you give him any holes he's gonna finish that run for a big ol' gain - if we can give him and kenneth dixon an oline to run behind then we could seriously run teams over

My school of thought. Look what the cowboys have done ffs, they lose some of their OL talent and their RB and suddenly their OROY looks like flacco

Absolutely, but I'm convinced that as long as flacco and harbs and Marty are here that any wr will suck shit.
Maybe if roman is OC then TE takes center stage and WR also becomes slightly more important, but even then an elite OL is what roman has been proven to operate best.
Like any other position, Oline won't mean shit without another OC. Everyone and their mother knows what play is coming just by looking at the personnel. Sure we could have more strength but how would it help when the whole front seven and the safeties don't even have to second guess and they can just straight load the box at will? I'm of course not saying the OL is good (although Flacco can't point any finger at them tonight) but I'm more worried about the inability to find a consistent target for Joe. Btw, yesterday made me really want Ridley on this team. Not sure we have a shot as things stand.
for me as its been from the start: BOPA unless its mincah - and all this game did was demonstrate to me that i dont need a specific weighting towards 1 offensive position over another and that mike mcglinchey/quenton nelson/conor williams/billy price - one of those 4 guys would be great to add to this team

If anything, last night showed we can pass protect and run block with a makeshift line. Sure, Clowney made his plays but we adjusted and he was invisible in the second half. We are getting guys back from IR next year, they can only be better than what we have now. And what we have now is not disastrous.
What we need is competent playcalling and upgrade at skill positions, safety faster than Weddle and big help at ILB. Some pass rush on the interior would go a long way, too.

Scratch that ^^ actually - just read somewhere, Clowney's been made invisible for 3 quarters. Not even a single tackle.
i mean clowney destroyed us in the run game over and over even in the 2nd half even though he didnt record the stats
but ronnie did pretty damn well vs clowney in the passing game for most of the game - clowney knifed through a double team by hurst and stanley but im not sure i put that on stanley - in 1v1 stanley mostly stonewalled clowney in the passing game
Wow, although I’d want to help my teammates, during the game as well, I can’t say that I don’t understand his reasoning.
