Hey, guys!

Long time no talk - Max Mikado here, formerly theFRANCHISE on the old BR.com message boards from 2007-2017.

I vaguely remember having had a membership here, but it'd been so long and those old "Franchise" days are long gone - how's everyone been?

I still keep in touch with JO_75 and gabefergy and a few others - who else is a refugee from the old days???

In the years since, I'd dabbled in indie pro wrestling, did some writing for a bit, got married, started a family, and now I'm back in sports as Editor-in-Chief of a new all-32 NFL website. What's everyone been up to?

i was a latecomer to the br.com message boards but was there for the last year or 2 before they got shut
there's a ton of refugees from those boards here

That's good to hear!

I kinda miss those days, in a way. I'll never miss modding the post-game threads after a loss, but I missed talking Ravens football in general.

I don't regret stepping away since so much good happened in my life in those years after, but I wish I was around for those last few months.
