If changes don't happen with this team in some form or fashion, there is going to be a fan led revolt against the Ravens! They're going to lose this game in a blow out and that is confirmed now, but for them to remain status quo with the same old tired Flacco and Harbaugh pressers wanting to press on with mediocrity isn't going to sit well now.

The truth is if I were Flacco I'd be begging to be off this team and on a team that actually does things for their QB.

Harbaugh is on his way out too. Steve will find it totally unacceptable that we've missed the playoffs 4/5 past years.

I said it was dumb to keep Marty as the OC back in January. Wonder how Roman would fare.

Next offseason needs to be 100% dedicated to the offense, ESPECIALLY the oline.

Marty gained the job off pure necessity. I didn't think they would continue with him but here is the evidence that it wasn't a good move.
Do we have a poor barometer for talent in players and coaches??
