Militant X 1
Hall of Famer
I have always been and probably always will be more partial to the defensive side of the ball when it come to the Ravens. I really LOVE what I'm seeing from the defense so far this early in the season.
I was thinking the same thingDamn Cowher saying good things about the Ravens, it must be killing him.
Maybe lol. I still think that Flacco overall has been very good though. Kinda surprsied about it. Does not look like the last two years at allThat was the exact route he was supposed to run...
He just let up. Possible sun in the eyes?
Hard to say who was at fault but Wallace & Flacco were definitely not on the same page. He not only let up he turned like he was going to cut inside.I will say that the funny thing to me when Joe throws an off target pass is to instantly say the receiver ran the wrong route.
This has been a killer game from Flacco. I'm not upset about the interception at all. Wallace could have at least fought for that ball.Maybe lol. I still think that Flacco overall has been very good though. Kinda surprsied about it. Does not look like the last two years at all
Oline holding up well too. Next week scares me though with the Jaguars, but I think they've played well this week.
It was clearly Flacco who takes the lionshare of the blame... He threw it into double coverage.Hard to say who was at fault but Wallace & Flacco were definitely not on the same page.
I put that more on Wallace. I think he probably lost track of the ball in the sun and recovered too late. Had he kept running, it's probably incomplete.Hard to say who was at fault but Wallace & Flacco were definitely not on the same page.
That's a pretty smart thought actually....Anyone else think we should stop trying to hit perriman on easy passes and just throw he hardest possible pass his way? He's more likely to catch it that way
The guy that snapped him in half just as the ball hit his hand. How about you watch that? What was there to watch? He could've caught the ball if he focused on the ball and not on the defender and the ball! Did you?
Possibly, but it was still a very poor decision on Joe's end to throw that ball.I put that more on Wallace. I think he probably lost track of the ball in the sun and recovered too late. Had he kept running, it's probably incomplete.
I am concerned about the Jags game. A big test for our O line. This has been a killer game from Flacco. I'm not upset about the interception at all. Wallace could have at least fought for that ball.
The Jaguars are truly shaping up into a trap game.
I want to see the play over, but yeah, not the best play all the way around.Possibly, but it was still a very poor decision on Joe's end to throw that ball.
It's all semantics though.
I think you do need to test a team deep so they can't stack the box every play. Even if they INT it they know you're willing to tryPossibly, but it was still a very poor decision on Joe's end to throw that ball.
It's all semantics though.
If they had Robinson and didn't have Bortles, I would feel a lot more uneasy, but that keeps me slightly optimistic.I am concerned about the Jags game. A big test for our O line.
