Sutton did have a nice combine. It’s kind of a popular thing to hate on Sutton on this board haha but I think he’s got some potential. He’s not worthy of a 1st round selection but I wouldn’t mind him later on.

Yep I would take him at 16. If he is available. Probably a top15 pick in a weak wr class. I have him even with Ridley so far. Thing with him is he is gonna be better in the nfl. In college he weighed 223 lbs maybe more at times. And looked like a running back. And it kinda limited him to the slot. It hurt his deep speed and jump ball skills. Now at 205-210 he is more WR sized. And more explosive with a complete game. So it’s not only the combine. Yeah it helped his combine numbers. But he looks like a WR now. And can win on the outside. I would be ok with he and Calvin Ridley.

He improved a lot last season, I think he was graded 2nd round, easy. Very good combine will put him in a conversation at early 2nd, maybe late 1st.

I don't think Moore should be higher than Ridley. But I wouldn't mind him at 16, although it'd be a slight reach imo.

Yea I even recall the year before his last at USC most mocks had him being taken in the top 4 overall.
 
With how stout and fluid he looks, Kirk is growing on me. But let me say that dude is one ugly mother fucker. How is he at absorbing hits might be decent for the type of football we run. He really reminds me of Tate

called it months ago.

This guy is 20 yrs old and had one of the best combines for someone of his size in history.

He's got everything you want in a qb and still has time to get bigger stronger faster and develop his game.

If we want him itl be at 16
 
I'm not against him at 16 at all, and his combine has pushed him to the point there is no way he is at 52 so if we want him it will have to be with the 1st rounder.

But still Ridley > Moore

I remember Lee being in the same tier with Beckham, Cooks and Landry, with me prefering the latter one.. But maybe it was just my tier and the way I saw it rather than how they were talked by the medias

Not for me, i have though that for a while. In fact in January i slated ridley for a fall come draft day.

Ridley isnt a game changer my mind. He'll be consistently good without every being great.

Moore has more bust potential but his ceiling is through the roof imo. He could be a top top player.

With regards to Moore, I couldn't agree more...and I just love this kid! Would love him to be a Raven and I think he would be worthy of the 16th pick too.

But I disagree about Ridley, I think he can be a game changer and is still over Moore.

TBH if one of them is a Raven on draft night then I am extremely happy
 
I used to hate on Calvin Ridley but he is warming up to me right as soon as everyone else is on the Moore train. I think both would be great in our offense with both really good at being shifty and finding YAC which is desperately what this offense needs. If a Landry deal does not happen, I definitely could see Ridley being the pick at 16. He is so good at getting 5-10 yards after catching the ball and making a defender or two miss. He doesn't have ideal size but after the receivers who have shined here it's proof size isn't everything. But I do think he is gone by our pick even after the average combine in people's eyes. I remember everyone thinking Ross, Davis, and Williams might all be available by our pick last season and both were gone by 9. Definitely could see both Ridley and Moore gone by 16. But if that is the case the team will likely land an elite OL or a good defender.

There is no question that Sutton caught the ball much better in the guantlet than his tape showed. Watching his tape, I hated the positioning of his hands and how often he was a clapper. Happy to see he has been working on it.

Id be down with Sutton if he can improve his hands. He has that Dez/Juju physicality, just without the hands to back it up. Love him as a blocker though.
 
Where are post combine mocks. I like DJ Moore in round1. However there are different players I would be cool with there. I’m really liking a Jmon Moore in rounds 3-4. Forget his 40. He plays fast.
