I know we all think he’s got a lot of work to do and that sarratt is the more ready player, but so much about this guy makes me think none of that matters.

Counterpoint... criticizing a prospective employer publicly, for doing nothing other than respectfully telling you they're going to hire somebody else, pretty much puts you in on a one-way street towards either unemployment, or a career change. Especially when the employer you're criticizing is at the very peak of the profession you're trying to work in.
